In this product division BROCKHAUS offers a wide range of products including measuring instruments for the testing of electrical steel sheet. The measuring techniques used in the international standards IEC 404-2 for an Epstein frame and IEC 404-3 for the Single Sheet Tester are also used here.

Apart from the calibration of reference samples (Epstein and single sheet samples) BROCKHAUS also calibrates measuring instruments and coil systems for these measurements. BROCKHAUS measuring instruments have proved to reach the measuring accuracy and repeatability especially required for measurements according to IEC 404-2 on an international basis.

Material tests and calibrations available in the BROCKHAUS calibration laboratory are listed below. The calibrations can be carried out either in our laboratory in Lüdenscheid or, if possible, directly at the customer’s site.
